The preferred hotel area is Downtown Raleigh. Since a variety of restaurants, clubs and entertainment venues can be found in the surrounding blocks, we'll center the nighttime activities around this general area. Please note: the event is not at the hotel location! You can drive or take a quick cab ride to the conference from downtown.
There are many transportation options to get around downtown like the free R line bus, Raleigh Rickshaw and the many taxi's circling the city center. The hotel area is walking distance from the North Carolina State Capitol building. The North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences, North Carolina State Fairgrounds and the RBC Center indoor sports arena are only a few minutes away.
We have not yet finalized the official conference hotel and are still negotiating with hotels to get you the best rate. The conference hotel will be one of following, but all are withing 2 or 3 blocks of each other.

The Airport code is RDU, and is very easy to get into and out of. Security lines are short, the staff is friendly and we are served by Air Canada, AirTran, American, Continental, Delta, Jetblue, Southwest, United and US Airways. The conference starts at 9AM Saturday morning and ends at 4PM Sunday afternoon. Consider arriving Friday afternoon/evening and departing after 6PM. The airport is 20 minutes from the conference location.
The usual suspects are present at the Airport for car rental.
